O’Neal & Streisand ‘As Time Goes By’ duet
‘What’s Up, Doc?,’ 1972

What’s Up, Doc?, directed by Peter Bogdanovich, was the third highest-grossing film of 1972.

This “Screwball” comedy, released in March ’72, stars Barbra Streisand as trouble-prone Judy Maxwell and Ryan O’Neal as musicologist Howard Bannister, Ph.D. When the two come together thanks to a case of mixed-up luggage, hilarity ensues.

Watch this fun “making of” trailer and enjoy an extreme close-up of Streisand. You’re welcome?
