Quick Quiz! In what film do we find both Robert De Niro and Hervé Villechaize? Ah, screw it. The headline of this post kind of gives everything away doesn’t it?

Directed by James Goldstone (Swashbuckler, Rollercoaster), The Gang That Couldn’t Shoot Straight zig-zagged into theaters in late 1971. This uneven comedy about the mafia in New York City was based on a 1969 novel by Jimmy Breslin.
