  1. Ah…Hi-C in the can! We used to buy both the full size cans, and the smaller ones, (for my school lunches!). My fave flavors were Cherry, Grape, Fruit Punch, Wild Berry and later on, Peach!

    • We got the cans. I remember having to puncture the top in two places so it poured properly. Can’t remember the last time I punched a hole in a beverage before I could drink it.
