500 70s Spots? That’s more than a few. OK, for Sunday, we’ve got a TV series and a movie spot for you. First up, one for Lucan from December of ’77. Kevin Brophy starred in this tale of a boy raised by wolves. The show lasted a single season.

In second position, a quick :15 second ad for Gregory Peck and Laurence Olivier in The Boys From Brazil. The commercial aired in October of 1978.

  1. “The Boys from Brazil” is one of my guilty-pleasure movies from the 70s. The acting was over-the-top, the plot ludicrous, but it was so well done, great music, cinematography . . . . .

    • I enjoyed it at age 11 when I saw it in the theater. Not sure I’ve seen it since. Time for a refresh.
