  1. Dick Butkus had a brief film and TV career. The same year this commercial was made he starred in “Mother, Jugs and Speed” and had a funny cameo on an episode of “The Rockford Files” a few years later. I had the chance to meet him last year at an autograph signing. Really nice guy!!

    • Yeah, he did quite a few acting jobs. Good to hear he’s a friendly fellow in person.
