I’ve been absent from the ‘Disco for a few days. Apologies for that. Let’s get things rolling again with two car commercials.

First, a spot for Jeep CJ-5 from January of 1974 (produced in ’73). After that, a Mustang II spot from April ’74. Somewhat ironically, the commercial features a take-off of Melanie’s “What Have They Done To My Song Ma.” They done turned it into a Ford spot! That’s what they done.
