Here’s two road-worthy commercials from 1971. First, we have a spot for Firestone tires’ Mini-Sport brand made for smaller, “foreign” cars. This one aired in August ’71.

Second, a December ’71 spot for Shell gasoline featuring “Pancake Lubricant” for railroad cars. Say, what now? Watch and learn!
