My favorite commercials tend to be the ones for toys and candy. The things I was obsessed with as a kid. Beyond that, anything with a healthy dose of humor suits just fine.
Here’s a good one for Skittle Tennis starring Get Smart‘s Don Adams. The spot aired in November of 1971.

If it’s the Seventies and you’re in front of the TV on New Year’s Eve – then you’re tuning in Dick Clark. No two ways about it. This short New Year’s Rockin’ Eve clip aired nearly 40 years ago on December 30, 1977. Looks like Suzanne Somers (Three’s Company) and Robert Hegyes (Welcome Back, Kotter) were joining in the festivities.
