Second, Chaffey College students in California drive a Pinto 100 thousand miles – and live to tell the happy tale. This spot aired in October 1971.

Star Wars superstar R2-D2 makes an appearance today in a March 1979 Public Service Announcement for saving energy. After that, we have an October ’79 spot featuring a kid’s baseball game and the “Have a Pepsi Day!” jingle.

First, a Batman & Robin Bat Coders spot filled with action-packed walkie-talkie adventures. After that, a commercial for the incredibly awesome Batman Wayne Foundation Crime Lab playhouse.

A pair of celebrity sightings in our commercials today. First up, Farrah Fawcett and plenty of sexual innuendo in a spot for Noxzema shave cream. After that, Connie Stevens in a singing ‘n’ dancing spot for Ace Hardware. Both commercials aired in October of 1976.
