Good Monday to you, Bionic people. Here’s one too good to pass up. Chrissie Hynde and the original line-up of The Pretenders performing “Kid” on the UK’s Top of the Pops in July of 1979.

“Kid” was released as a single in summer, 1979 before the release of the band’s debut L.P. in December of that year. The album debuted at #1 in the UK and hit the top 10 in the US.
