Ashton, Gardner and Dyke were a UK-based band who released three LPs in the early seventies. “Resurrection Shuffle,” written by Tony Ashton, was the group’s biggest hit, grabbing #40 on the US Hot 100 and #3 in the UK. Catch a rollicking 1971 performance for European TV below.
