Here’s a TV spot advertising the original release of Clint Eastwood’s Every Which Way But Loose. The promo aired on Christmas Day, 1978.
After that, a Star Wars-influenced sci fi comedy commercial for Scripto’s Easy Roller pen. This one aired in early February ’78 and was likely produced during Star Wars fever in 1977.

A pair of perfectly precious Post Pink Panther Flakes cereal spots today. I’m fairly certain these animated commercials were produced by DePatie-Freleng studios. The copyright marks are 1971 and 1972 (or both possibly circa ’72). Pour yourselves out a hearty bowl.

Two chewable commercials now. First up, a spot for Kellogg’s Special K cereal. This one aired on New Year’s Day, 1971 (produced in 1970 natch’.) After that, a spot from May 1970 for Feen-a-mint laxative gum and mints.
I recognize the actor playing the mother in the Kellogg’s commercial but can’t come up with a name. Your help would be appreciated.

Here’s two spots for Bell System telephone. In the first, from December of 1976, we find actor Dolph Sweet getting us up-to-date on the phone company’s recycling program.
In the second commercial, from December of ’79, you’ll find some animation and advice on leaving musty old letter writing behind.

After that, a commercial for Gillette’s The Dry Look from January of 1971 (produced in 1970).

Going back 39 years to August of 1978, we have a few ABC TV promos on display. First up, a spot for daytime soaps Ryan’s Hope and All My Children. You’ll find Susan Lucci as Erica Kane in this one.
Next, a spot for the Operation Petticoat TV series starring John Astin and a young Jamie Lee Curtis.
