Here’s a sixty second spot for Schlitz beer that aired in October of 1973. In this one, a bunch of American sailors play baseball with their Japanese counterparts in Yokohama. Competitive sports, international camaraderie and gettin’ smashed. Now, that’s grabbing the gusto!
